More Information
Seeking support can feel overwhelming. Our practice offers a warm, structured, and respectful environment where young people and families can feel heard, understood and supported.
1
Child Therapy
For children in early and middle childhood:
Children often express themselves through play rather than words. Therapy is therefore creative, relational and developmentally attuned. Session may include drawing, storytelling, games, imaginative play and gentle skills-building activities Through his shared process, children begin to understand their feelings, strengthen regulation and experience being supported in a safe and responsive relationship.
Childhood includes many transitions – starting school, friendship changes, family separation, grief, trauma or emerging worries and behavioural shifts. Difficult feelings often show up indirectly, Therapy supports the child within he context of their family, and parent conversations are an important part of the work. When caregivers feel supported and informed, children benefit.
My approach is child-centred and integrative, informed by attachment, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based thinking.
2
Adolescent Therapy
For young people navigating identity and growing independence
Adolescence is a time of questioning, stretching and becoming. Young people are balancing school pressures friendships, family expectations and evolving sense of identity. Strong emotions, anxiety, low mood or self doubt can feel overwhelming during this stage.
Adolescent therapy offers a confidential, respectful space to think aloud and make sense of what feels tangled. Sessions are more conversational and reflective Han child work, while still flexible and responsive to the individual. Together we explore patterns, build emotional insidght, and strengthen coping in ways hat feel authentic and sustainable.
The focus is not only to manage symptoms, but on helping young people feel more secure in who they are. And where they are heading.
3
Young Adult Therapy
For young adults navigating independence, identity and life direction
Young adulthood often brings significant change. Decisions about study, work, relationships and identity can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Many young adults are also learning how to manage stress, expectations and their mental health more independently.
Therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect and make sense of what feels uncertain or pressured. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, helping young adults explore patterns, strengthen emotional insight and develop practical ways of coping. The aim is to support greater confidence, self Nader standing and steadiness as they move through this important life stage.
